Background

Elgood Industrial Flooring installed the same coating over 10 years ago for the proprietor in another building and previous business venture, Severn Manufacturing.

Following the success of the coating, we were selected to treat the floor for his new venture.

  • Floor thickness of approximately 750 microns applied by scratch trowel and roller.
  • Existing floors: Half of the concrete was in a good condition, half had a weak surface with laitance.

    Vacuum contained shotblasting and light diamond grinding.

    The Britdura 750 Solvent Free Epoxy Coating.

    Finish

    Built in fine slip resistant finish ideal for use with scrubber dryer machines.
