460 sq m old and damaged resin floor. The installation was completed in four days.
Having assessed our coating in at SSTT next door, Polar chose our Britdura 750 High-build Solvent Free Epoxy Coating for their new venture.
Polar required a cost effective approach to refurbishing the floor avoiding the removal of the old 2mm resin floor which would have generated unnecessary waste and increased the cost.
The Britdura 750 offered them the correct balance between cost, performance and appearance.
Dust controlled diamond grinding was used to clean the surface and to reduce edges. The surface was vacuum cleaned. The floor was heavily scratched, worn and littered with defects left from where plant and partitions had stood. These were repaired, filled and smoothed.
Installation Programme: The installation was completed in four days.
