Completed in October 2019, the 500 sq m facility was acquired to house Point CNC’s growing number of CNC machines.
The concrete floor required a thorough preparation to remove adhesive from one area area and paint from another. This was done using a combination of vacuum contained industrial shot-blasting and diamond grinding.
Where a wall had been removed, we carried out some minor repairs and eased the transition between the two buildings.
The installation was completed in a single phase of four days and the colour Smooth Blue BS 20E51 was manufactured and installed by Elgood Industrial Flooring.
The coating was applied by trowel to ensure an even distribution of resin and finished by roller to achieve a consistent texture.
