Industrial Flooring Project Scope

Our client was converting the industrial area to a new use. Having stripped out old plant, the decision was made to refurbish the damaged and soiled floor prior to the installation of racking.

The entire floor was prepared using vacuum contained diamond grinding. Weak areas of coating were removed using diamond grinders fitted with PCD segments.

There were numerous repairs which were excavated and repaired with our industrial strength resin repair material.

The installation had a duration of five days commencing on a Wednesday and completing on a Sunday leaving he floor ready for scissor lifts the next day.

Industrial Flooring system

The floor was coated with our Britdura 750 Industrial Solvent Free Epoxy Floor Coating to our client’s layout in the colour Slate Grey with Traffic Blue for the walkway.

The coating is applied by trowel to ensure an even distribution of resin and finished by roller to achieve a consistent texture.
