Our client was converting the industrial warehouse for new production lines. Having removed racking and considered patch repairs to worn areas, the decision was made to refurbish the entire floor to provide a uniform and high standard of appearance for the new production lines.
The entire floor was prepared using vacuum contained diamond grinding. Weak areas of coating were removed using diamond grinders fitted with PCD segments.
There were numerous repairs which were cut back and repaired with our industrial strength resin repair material. Joints and cracks were filled and bridged with our flexible Epoxy Filler.
The floor was coated with our Britdura 750 Industrial Solvent Free Epoxy Floor Coating to our client’s layout in the colour Slate Grey.
Our industrial floor coating has been in use on the Derbyshire site for over 20 years and has stood the test of time. The proven durability and longevity (10 years +) of our solvent free scratch trowel applied high quality industrial floor coating is good for the environment and sustainability.
The installation had a duration of eleven days.
We retain a small in-house team of full-time employees to install our floors.
