Over the last 15 years we have installed our Britdura 750 High-build solvent free industrial floor coating in Technicut’s facilities in Sheffield. Some of the floors have been in service for 10 + years.

Technicut continue to grow and are relocating to the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Rotherham where they have a new purpose-built factory.

Given the success of our floor coatings, we were asked to tender for the new facility.

We advised on the choice of jointing material, the installation timeframe and arranged for a trial to ascertain the most suitable method of preparation for the new concrete.

We continue to manufacture and supply our own range of Epoxy flooring.

The concrete was prepared using vacuum contained shot-blasting with edges attended to use handheld diamond floor grinders.

Our Britdura 750 High-build solvent free Epoxy Coating in the colours Dusty Grey and Charcoal.

The coating includes a built-in fine slip resistant texture. In addition to lending purchase, the light profile reflects light without the glare of a smooth gloss finish which highlights every undulation in the slab.

Dusty Grey and Charcoal were used to designate productions areas and the main gangway with the final layout to be decided when the move has been completed.
