Condition of Floors

A polymer concrete that had a surface with rashes of pin sized holes. Approx 200 square metres.

Installation Programme

The work was carried out in normal working hours whilst other works continued on the site.

Hospital Group Selected

The Elgood Television Studio Floor.

Hospital Group Required

A floor with a prestigious appearance and high standard of performance.

Preparation

Light sanding was used to abrade and key the polymer concrete. The surface defects and pin holes were rectified using a mortar.

The Chosen Floor

The Television floor was laid in the colour TV White giving a contemporary appearance. A static disspative finish was incorporated into the finish.
