Renovation Services

We provide an informed approach to converting / refurbishing a floor , by offering a single source management service specifically designed to meet the requirements of end of terms defects. Transferable Guarantee

As Elgood Industrial Flooring manufacture and install the Britdura range of flooring we are able to provide a materials and workmanship guarantee with every installation. Perhaps most importantly, this guarantee is transferable to the incoming tenant.

You have the assurance of dealing directly with the manufacturer throughout the programme which means that we can submit an all inclusive package with no risk of hidden charges or divided responsibility.

After Care

By working with our cients, we are aware that at certain times it is necessary to restore a high standard of appearance to an existing floor. Situations when this need might arise are; important site visits from the prospective clients, audits, open days or even just a continuation of the company's routine cleaning programme to maintain a pleasant working environment.

Inevitably, through general wear and tear, a floor will become marked, scratched, scuffed and damaged. As part of our comprehensive industrial flooring range, we can provide a cleaning and renovation service for all of our floors.
